About Us

Our Core Values and Ethos

At Young Living Children's Services (YLCS) our core values revolve around ensuring every child and young person receives equal opportunities in life, irrespective of their past experiences, background, ethnicity,  age, or sexual orientation. We advocate for their right to love, happiness, health, safety, and the chance to reach their full potential. Through a holistic approach, we prioritise the child’s needs. By recognising our role in their lives, we expand our understanding to truly make a difference.

Our residential homes provide a nurturing family environment where children and young people can cultivate meaningful relationships within both the household and the wider community. Living within established communities fosters social skills and resilience, preparing them for independent living.

We empower our young individuals to build self-confidence, independence, and effective communication skills. We value their opinions, encourage their participation, and support them in shaping their own lives while preparing them for the future.

Our utmost focus remains on the continuous progress and holistic development of our children and young people, aiming for a lasting positive impact in all aspects of their lives.
